SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-187 SR-187
WHEREAS. the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of May , 19 34, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imo_:ovement SR-187 , District SR-187 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expanses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 6th day of
June 1934, at the City Hall in said City at ..9:80
o 'clock A. L. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time end place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-187 , District SR-187 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed,. and the City Council hereby declares its intention to pro-
ceed with City forces without contract, and an appropriation of
S3881 88 8 s ereby authorized to be set up for this purpose from
