WHEREAS the City Council,

the City EngLieer, under direction of the City Council,

cifications cf such improvement and an estimate of the
co. t thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made thE:-, the City Col,.nci± would on the 6th day of
June , 1Q 3# :at the City Hall _ � said City at _9:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested too the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imorovezent, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miarr.i Beech, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Cc.uncil ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-185 , District SR-145 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmea, and the City Council hereby declares its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract, and an appropriation
of 1k25 60 is hereby authorized to be set up for this purpose from
