Resolution 2868 RESOLUTION NO. 2868
It appearing that under date of March 16th, 1934, this
Body did, by Resolution No. 2800 authorize theCity Tax Collector
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to receive until July 1st,
1934, offers of compromise of improvement liens and lien sale
certificates owned by said City, and did further authorize that
said offers of compromise be submitted to this Body for accept-
an ce or rejection;
And it further appearing
that in pursuance thereto said
City Tax Collector did receive and present to this Body this day,
certain offers of settlement, as aforesaid, and same having been
examined and found to be in conformity with said Resolution afore-
said;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, in regular meeting assembled this
day, that the offers of compromise covering the following described
properties be and the same are hereby accepted, approved and con-
firmed:
