RESOLUTION NO . 2869
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-178 DISTRICT SR-178
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-17 . ,
District SR-178 , has .been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
ITGW, THEREFORE, fJE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami :teach, Florida., that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9i:00 o 'clock A. M, on June
27th, A. D. 1934, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June
A. D. 1934.
