A RESOLUTIO\T CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-179 DISTRICT SR-179
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWOR. IMPROVEMENT SR;l►179,
District SR-179, has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9 r00 o 'clock A. M. on June
27th, A. D. 193 +, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected 'by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof 'by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lkthday of June
