A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOI\TS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWED
IMPROVEMENT SR-181- DISTRICT SR-184
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-lg`4; '
District SR-1&4 has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9400 o 'clock A. M. on June
27th , A. D. 1934 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June
