RESOLUTION NO. 2876
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-189 SR.«l&9
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 6th day of June , 19334, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-189 , District SR-189
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been rte,de, that the City Council would on the 20th day of
June , 19 32# at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, flnd noobjections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tie
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said. rri.tary Sewilprovement
SR-189 , District SR-189 be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of 4396.)1) is hereby autho-
rized to be set up for this purpose from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
