SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-191
IMPROVEMENT SR-191
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
��,+ ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten--
-; tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:

SR-191 The laying underground of en 8" Terra Cotta.
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer end necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the centerline of Flamingo Drive
from a point et or near the centerline of West
26th Street to a point at or near the North
line of. Lot 2, Block 2, Flamingo Terrace Subdivision
produced Westerly.
As said Street, Drive, Lot and Block are shown on
plate recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 3 and Plat
Book 38, Page 61 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed thpt the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
# City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
1 and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expense necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings end work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-191, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
IF
shall be designated as District SR-191.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF June A.D.1934.
