SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-193
IMPROVEMENT SR-193
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR--193 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of 10' easements
through blocks 2,4,6,8,10,12,15 and 17,LaGorce
Golf Subdivision, and in and across West 60th
Street, West 59th Street, West 58th Street,
West 57th Street, West 56th Street, West 54th
Street and West 53rd Street, from a point at or
near the northeasterly corner of Lot 8, said
Block 2 to a point at or near the northeasterly
corner of Lot 9 of said Block 17.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each 65' of abutting property as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Easements, Streets and
Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book 14, Page 43 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kindof said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct—
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; andthe estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-193, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-193.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF June A.D. 1934
