A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.,
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-11
I NPROVEMENT SR-181
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls ha44 been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with
said City Charter that a meetin of the City Council
will be held at "9:00 o ' clock A. M. , July 11th,
1931.6 at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said roller.
