Resolution 2892 RESOLUTION NO. 2892
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending
and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. M, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
Blocks Three (3) and Nine (9) of
Amended Plat of Garden Subdivision,
all in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book
31, Page 9, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said propertn
rom their present use regulation
districts as classified in said Ordinance No. 289, as amended,
to what is known as "BAA" Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 18th day of July, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
