RESOLUTION NO. 2901
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Refunding Plan of the
City of Miami Beach as authorized by Resolutions Nos.
2607 and 2641, passed by the City Council under date of
April 27th, 1933 and June 9th, 1933, respectively, be
and the same is hereby terminated and that no further
exchange of existing bonds for Twenty Year Refunding
Bonds be made in accordance with said Plan, after July
6th, 1934.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, A. D. ,
1934.
