BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and instructed to proceed with the
destruction by cremation of 325 Bonds remaining un..
exchanged after July 6th, 1934, of the $ 2,711,000.
Twenty Year Refunding Bond Issue of the City of Miami
Beach, authorized by Resolutions No. 2607 and 2641,
passed and adopted April 27th, 1933 and June 9th, 1933,
respectively, said Bonds being dated July 1st, 1933 and
expiring July let, 1953 and being further described as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said destruction by
cremation be done in the presence of said City Clerk, City
Manager, one member of the City Council and the City Auditor
or his representative, and that proper affidavit of the
proof of said destruction by cremation be prepared and
executed jointly by the aforementioned parties, said
affidavit to be presented to the City Council for the
purpose of recording same in the minutes of the next regular
meeting following said cremation.
