RESOLUTION NO. 2905
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to
consider the amending and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries as
provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, Block 1 and
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 3,
all in Ocean Front Property of the
Miami Beach Improvement Company, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as
same is shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BA" BusineseDistrict to what is known
as "BB" Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Public
Hearing be called for the 25th. day of July, 193 +
at 9 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose
as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the place
and object of such hearing be published as is
provided by said Ordinance No. 289 .
