WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supp..ementing, changing, modifyin and/or repealing of
the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as pro..
vided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to..wit:
Lots 9 to 16 Inclusive, Block 13, and
Lots 1 to 8 Inclusive, Block 32,
Ocean Beach Addition No. 1, and
Lots 9 to 16 Inclusive, Block 14
Lots 9 to 16 Inclusive, Block 15
Lots 8 to 14 Inclusive, Block 16
Lots 9 to 16 Inclusive, Block 17
Lots 9 to 16 Inclusive, Block 18
Lotsll to 20 Inclusive, Block 19
Lots 1 to 9 Inclusive, Block 26
Lots 1 to Inclusive, Block 27
Lots 1 to 8 Inclusive, Block 28
Lots 1 to 7 Inclusive, Block 29
Lots 1 to 8 Inclusive, Block 30, and
Lots 1 to 8 Inclusive, Block 31
Ocean Beach Addition No. 2, as said
Plats are recorded in Plat Book 3,
Page 11, and Plat Book 2, Page 56,
respectively, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present Area
Regulation District No. 24 to District No. 28, as said
Area Districts are described in Section 16 of said
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public
hearing be called for the 1st. day of August, 1934 at
9:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers at the City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above
set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided
by said Ordinance No. 289.
