A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER DEPARTMENT
TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE WAR
DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO LAY A 12" WATER
PIPE IN THE EAST CHANNEL OF INDIAN
CREEK AT WEST 63RD STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That H. H. Horn, Superintendent of Water Department
for said City, be and is hereby directea and authorized
to make application to the War Department of the United
States for a permit to lay a 12" water pipe in the East
Channel of Indian Creek at the bascule span of the West
63rd Street Bridge, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and to make such application in the name of said City,
or in his own name as representative of said City
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th. day of July, A. D. ,
1934.
