RESOLUTION NO. 2922
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-194 DISTRICT SR-194
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 11th day of July , 194, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-194 , District SR-1914 ,
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been r. . de that the City Council would on the 25th day of
July , 193+, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, ^r.;'. no obj ections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tIr✓
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that theaid resolution of
said City Council ordering saiclSanitar'y°ewe 'mprovement
SR-194 , District SR-194 be and the sane is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation pf $533.94 is hereby authorized
to be set up for this purpose from Current Fund and the City
Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with City
forces without contract.
