IMPROVEMENT SR-196
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR--196 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the Nest line of Pine Tree Drive from
a point at or near the North line of the South Half
of Lot 2, Block 47, Orchard Subdivision Number 2 and
3, Produced Easterly to a point at or near the North
line of Lot 4, said. Block 47, produced Easterly,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or 6" Conerete
Sewer Lateral from the main line to the line of
approximately each one hundred feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Block and Drive are shown on a olat
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 116, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character end size of said improvement be subsecuen.tly
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing end publication of notices and proceedin -s,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-196, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-196„
