RESOLUTION NO . 2928
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
�; THE COI\TFIR`IIATIOtt OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-188 DISTRICT SR-188
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to 'be ,riven in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at 9. :00 o ' clock A. M. , August 15th,
19314-, at which time all interested persons may ap-

pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August,
