RESOLUTION NO . 2931
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOI`TS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-187 DISTRICT SR-187
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEL NT SSR-187
District 8R-187 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. on August
15th, A. D. 193k, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August,
