RESOLUTION NO . 2932.
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-188 DISTRICT SR-188
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-188,
District SR-188, has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida that the City
Clerk cause notice to he given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. on August
15th, A. D. 1934, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in 02 affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
