A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER

WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE:.,FENT SR-189,
District SR-189, has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, TIME ,FGRE, -E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Roach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of sL.i.d City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9.:00 o 'clock A. M. on August
I
15th, A. D. 1934, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
