Resolution 2957 RESOLUTION NO. 2957
It appearing that under date of March 16th, 1934, this
Body did , by Resolution No0 2800, authorize the City Tax
Collector of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to receive
until July let, 1934, offers of compromise of improvement
liens and lien sale certificates owned by said. City, and did
further authorize that said offers of compromise be submitted
to this Body for ecceptance or rejection;
And it now appearing that since July 1st, 1934, said City
Tax Collector did receive and present this Body this day,
certain offers of settlement, as aforesaid, and same having
been examined and found to be in conformity with said Resolution
aforesaid.;;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, in regular meeting assembled this
day, that these offers of compromise, received after July let,
1931 , covering the following described properties be, and the
same are, hereby accepted, approved and confirmed:
