BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is
Thereby ordered tc be made; the City Council hereby setting .forth.
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-68 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the East
side of Sheridan Avenue from the North line
of West 31st Street to the South line of
/lest 34th Street, and on the West side of
said Sheridan Avenue from the said North
line of vest 31st Street to the said South
line of said West 34th Street, as said Avenue
and Streets are shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 111, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said Improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
s-up(ri:(itendence of the work, the preparation of plans andspecifica-
tions and estimates, the printing andpublication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
andploper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-68, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-68,
