Resolution 2970 RESOLUTION NO. 2970
WHEREAS, the City Tax Roll of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, for the year 193+, has been prepared by the Tax Assessor
and presented by him at the August 6th, 1934, Equalization Hear- '
ing and again at the adjourned session of said Equalization Hear-
ing held this date, September 20th, 1934, as required by law, and
WHEREAS, said Tax Roll and all objections thereto have been
duly examined and considered by said Council sitting as a Board
of Equalization and said Council sitting as said Board, being
fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Tax Roll. for 1934,
as prepared by the City Tax Assessor in t ie: arauyu of $33,516,275.00,
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, A. D. , 1934.
