Resolution 2971 RESOLUTION NO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA,
That the City Engineer of said. City is hereby authorized
to make application to the emergency "elief Administration of
the State of Florida , for a work project consisting of the com-
pletion of the miscellaneous recreational improvements in
Flamingo Park started under the Civil Works Administration pro-
gram; said project being a public work project for the benefit of
the general public, and not for the benefit of any private intereet,
the title to the property upon which the work is to be performed
being vested in said City of Miami Beach of Dade County, State of
Florida.
This project embraces work that needs to be done for the
general good of the community, and there are no appropriated public
funds available for this work.now, nor will there be in the near future.
The said City of Mian_+iReach will furnish such superviion
and engineering: services aa are necessary for this work.

of the City of Miami Beach, the County of Dade, State of Florida,
