BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
. FLORIDA,
That the City Engineer of said City is hereby authorized
to make application to the Emergency Pelief AdniniRtration of
the state of Florida , for a work project consisting of the con—
struction of a reinforced concrete box culvert ptorm sewer with
appurtenances, branch pipe lines and street siphons; the main line
being in the following locations: 14th Street from Biscayne Bay
to Drexel Avenue, Meridian Avenue from 13th to 14th Street and
Pennsylvania Avenue from 14th Street to 16th Street; said project
being a public work project for the benefit of the general public,
and not for the benefit of any private interest, the title to the
pro .erty upon which the work is to be performed being vested in
said City of Miami Beach of Dade County, State of Florida.
This project embraces work that needs to be done for the
general good of the community, and there are no appropriated public
fund,' available for this work„ now, nor will there be in the near future.
The said City of Miami Beach -gill furnish such eupervi Rion
and engineering services as are necessary for this work.
