RESOLUTIONNO.....:-.11U_
BE IT RESOLVED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI SEACH,
FLORIDA.
That the City Engineer of said City is hereto' authorized
to make application to the Emergency Relief Administration of
the State of Florida, for a work project consisting of the
moiling, resurfacing and paving of certain etre>,ts end avenues
lying within the City limits; said project teing a putlic work
project for the benefit of the general public, and not for the
benefit of any private interest, the title to the property upon
which the work is to be performed being vested in said City of
Miami Beach of Dade County, State of Florida.
This project embraces work that needs to be done for the
general good of the °Immunity, and there are no *pproprieted
public funds available for this work,
The sate City of Miami Pesch will furnisb such supervteion
and engineering services as are necessary for tilt!, work, and will
accept this project provided only residents of said City are
employed on this project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Masi Beach, the County of Dads, State of Florida ,
