in the amount of 411,912.29, in payment for the assignment of
City Tax Sale (;ertificatee then owned by Empire Investment &
Vlealty Corporation, covering 1930, 1931, 1932 and 1933 CitY
taxes aGainst Lots 4 to 15, inclusive, in Block 55 of Fishorls
First Subdivision of Alton Beach in Niami Beach, Florida, said
