DISTRICT SK-69 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter.
SK-69 A four foot concrete sidewalk on the following
streets and avenues:
13th STREET: on the North and South sides from
the East line of Alton Road to a point one hundred
fifty (150' ) East of the East line of Alton Road.
MICHIGAN AVENUE: on the West side from the South
line of 15th Street to a point one hundred feet (100' )
South of said South line of 15th Street.
LENOK AVENUE: on the East and West sides from said
South line of 15th Street to a point one hundred feet
(100' ) South of said South line of 15th Street.
As said Streets and Avenues are shown on plats recorded
in Plat Book Number 2, Page 81, Plat Book 9, Page 69
and Plat Book 6, Page 5 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plane and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepration
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-69, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated es District SK-69,
Passed and Adopted this 31st day of _October A.D.1934.
