RESOLUTION NO. 2993
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that a committee be
appointed from the City Council to negotiate
with the Florida Power aid Light Company for
a reduction in rates now being charged in
Miami Beach for electrical energy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City
Engineer and City Manager be and they are hereby
azthorized and instructed to proceed with the
Preparation of detailed plans for a municipally
k
k owned electrical plant suitable to serve the
``I City of Miami Beach.
