IMPROVEMENT H-123 DISTRICT
H-123
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 31st day of October , 1934, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-123 , District H-123
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been raide that the City Council would on the 111-th day of
November , 193+, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, ^r.(' no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t1
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-123 , District H-123", be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of 3683.54 is hereby autho-
rized to be set up for this purpose from Current Fund and the
City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with City
forces without contract.
