RESOLUTION NO. 3001
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-69 DISTRICT SK-69
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 31st day of October , 1934; ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-69 , District SK-69 ,
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been rx.de, that the City Council would on the 14th day of
November , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, ^nd no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement
SK-69 , District SK-69, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $415.80 is hereby autho-
rized to be set up for this purpose from Current Turd and the
City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with City
forces without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November ,
A.D. 1934.
