RESOLUTION NO. 3006
HI GHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-121- DISTRICT H-124
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of November , 1934, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-124 , District H-124
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been ul de, that the City Council would on the 21st day of
November , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, !Inc'. no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tin
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-124 , District H-24 , be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $2396. 68is hereby authorized
to be set up from Current Funds for this purpose, the City
Council hereby declaring said work to be done by City forces
without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lstday of November ,
