SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-202
IMPROVEMENT SR-202
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SR-202 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley lying
between Alton Road and Lenox Avenue from a point
at or near the Northerly line of Lot 15, Block
108, Ocean Beach Addition Number 3, Produced
Easterly to a point at or near the Northerly line
of Lot 24, Block 109, Ocean Beach Addition Number
3, produced Easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each fifty feet (50' ) of adjacent
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Alley, Lots, Blocks and Addition are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and §pecifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each , including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices andproceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-202, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-202.
