SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-203
IMPROVEMENT SR-203
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intens
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-203 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of a 10 foot easement
through Block 24, Lake View Subdivision, and in
and across Apache Avenue from a point at or near
the said centerline of Apache Avenue to a point
at or near the Southwesterly corner of Lot 3,
of said Block 24.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main line to the line of
approximately each fifty (50) feet of abutting
property through said Block 24, as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Block, Easement and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Number 14,
Page Number 42, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Apache Avenue is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance Number 232.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi-
cations and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-203, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-203.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF November A.D. 1934 .
