Resolution 3014 RESOLUTION NO. 3014
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supplement-
ing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations,
restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida,
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 107, Lots 1 to
8, inclusive, Block 108, Lots 2 to 12, inclu-
sive, Block 109 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as said
Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 is recorded in Plat
Book 2 at Page $1, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use ,regulation "RE"
Multiple Family District to "RD Single Family District, and
so as to change Lots 1 and 24 of Block 93 Ocean Beach Addition
No. 3 from its present use regulation "RD" Single Family District
to what is known as "RE" Multiple Family District.
N0'1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 26th day of December, A. D. , 1934, at 9:00
o'clock A. Ti. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
