RESOLUTION NO. 3017
SANITARY RY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-202 DISTRICT SR-202
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of November , 1934, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-202 , District SR-202
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been ralde_ that the City Council would on the 5th day of
December , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at 9: 00
otclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, ^r.P, no obj ections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tI
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering saidSanitary SewfEprovement
SR-202 , District SR-2W be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $1,534.06 is hereby autho-
rized to be set up for this purpose from Current Fund and the
City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with
City forces without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December ,
