SANITARY SEER DISTRICT SR-207
IMPROVFMENT SR-207
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-207 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances,
At or near the centerline of Garden Avenue from
a point at or near the centerline of `'Pest 34th Street
to a point at or near the Southerly line of Lot 1,
Block 1, Amended Plat of Garden Subdivision, produced
Easterly,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the street line
of said Lot 1, Block 1 , as a part of the main improve-
ment.
As said Avenue, Street , Lot , Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 31, Page
9, of. the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare end to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and en estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting, the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property,
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-207 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-207.
PASSED AD ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF December A.D, 1.934,
