SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-208
IMPROVEMENT SP-208
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-208 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
or en 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the West curb of Pine Tree Drive from
a point at or near the South curb of West 42nd
Street to a point at or near the Northerly line
of Lot 1, Block 2, Orchard Subdivision Number
4, produced Easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the property line
of said Lot and Block , as a part of the main improve-
ment.
As said Drive, Street , Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 25 , on Page
30 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the materiel, nature,
chracter and size of said improvement be subsequently
determinedin conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
andan estimate of the cost of each, including en estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi-
cations and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services,abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
andbonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-208, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-208.
