RESOLUTION NO . 3036
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT 511.204
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of December , 19 34 ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imo_'ovement SR-204, District SR-204, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed wth the City Clerk plans and spe-
. cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 26th day of
December , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami _Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-201+ District SR-204, be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and an appropriation of 0125 29 is hereby authorized
to be set up from Current Funds for this purpose, the City
Council hereby declaring said work to be done by City farces without
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day °f December contract.
