IMPROVEMENT SK-70 DISTRICT SI;-70
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of December , 1934, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-70 , District SK-70
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been ray,de. that the City Council would on the 26th day of
December , 193i-, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, ^.r.(' no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tID
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City. Council orderingsaid Sidewalk Improvement
SK-70 , District SK-7 , be and , the same is hereby
confirmed,and an appropriation of $123.20 is hereby authorized
to be set up from Lurrent Funds for this purpose, the City Coun-
cil hereby declarinb said work to be done by City forces without
contract.
