SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-209
IMPROVEMENT SR-209
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-209 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the Southeasterly curb of Pine Tree
Drive from a point approximately 171 Southwesterly
of the Northeasterly line of Lot 2, Block 1, Flamingo
Terrace Subdivision produced Northwesterly to a
point at or near the Southwesterly line of Lot 3,
Block 1, produced Northwesterly,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main line to the line of approximately
each one hundred feet (100' ) of abutting property as
a part of the main improvement,
As said Avenue, Lots and Block are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 3 of the Public
records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said impwovement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-209, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-209,
