IMPROVEMENT SR-210
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-210 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Post Avenue from
a point approximately 601 South of the centerline
of West 44th Street to a point at or near the
North line of Lot 21, Block 13, Orchard Subdivision
Number 4.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main line to the street
line of Lot 21, Block 13, Orchard Subdivision Number
4, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Street and Avenue are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 30 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi—
cations and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR.-210, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR--210.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF . January A.D.1935.
