Resolution 3047 RESOLUTION NO. 3047
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been petitioned to consider the amending and/or repealing of
the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, BEACH
VIEW ADDITION, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as same is shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book No. 34 at
Page 62 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
so as to change Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Block 1 of said Subdivision from
its present area regulation District No. 8, to District No. 5; and
so as to change Lot 5 of said Block 1, of said Subdivision from
its present area regulation District No. 8 to District No. 11; and
so as to change Block 2 of said Subdivision from its present area
regulation District No. 8 to District No. 29; and
so as to change Block 3 of said Subdivision from its present area
regulation District No. 8 to District No. 30;
as all Districts herein are described in Section 16 of said Ordi-
nance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 6th day of February, 1935, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
