IMPROVEMENT SR-185
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls/ has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be riven in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at ...9:00 o ' clock A. M. , February 6th,
1935
at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
