RESOLUTION NO. 3062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA. 11
WHEREAS, it is considered to be to the best interest
to the City of Miami Beach that the following described
property be purchased:
Lot 8, Block 115, Ocean Beach
Addition No. 4, as recorded in
Plat Book 3, at Page 151, of
the Public Records of Dade Coun-
ty, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the contract of purchase for the following described prop-
erty, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 115, Ocean Beach
Addition No. 4, as recorded in
Plat Book 3, at Page 151, of
the Public Records of Dade Coun-
ty, Florida,
upon the following terms and conditions:
The payment of $9,250.00 cash.
The seller shall furnish an abstract showing merchan-
diseable title of record,free and clear of all incumbrances
except as noted, and said contract to be subject to all of
the conditions and provisions of Section 26 of the City Char-
ter of the City of Miami Beach, as amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, A. D. ,1935.
