Resolution 3066 RESOLUTION NO. 3066
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it is the sense of this meeting
that the proposal of the Joseph F. Fralinger Estate for
the sale to the City of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 114,
Ocean Beach Addition Number 4, be accepted providing that
they amend their proposal to conform to the provisions
of the City Charter.
