RESOLUTION NO. 3)6g
SANITARY SEWER
IIITROVEL NT SR-209 DISTRICT SR-209
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of January , 1935, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-209 , District SR-209
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by ?publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 6th day of
February , 1935, at the City Hall in said City at
Lotclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections havin been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-209 , District SR-209 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 148.06
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
