A RESOLUTIOINT CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-191 DISTRICT SR-191
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has. been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement:
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at ..9:00 o 'clock A. M. , February 20th,
1935, at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said roll
PASSED AND ADCPTED this 6th day of February
